About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory Professional to join our team at BDO UK. As a key member of our Advisory team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering value-led advice and outcomes to our clients.

With a strong background in financial reporting and a passion for audit and advisory services, you'll be responsible for providing assurance services to clients undertaking debt and equity capital raising strategies. Your expertise will help us navigate the complexities of financial markets and ensure our clients' success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assurance services to clients undertaking debt and equity capital raising strategies
  • Manage and develop staff, including coordinating staff projects, mentoring, counselling, appraising, and recruiting
  • Deliver accurate and transparent reporting to all relevant stakeholders

Requirements
  • CPA/ACA/ACCA/ICAS qualified or overseas equivalent
  • Excellent working knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and UK GAAP and financial reporting requirements
