Optical Assistant Professional

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Optical Assistant Apprentice. In this role, you will have the opportunity to boost your existing skillset and kickstart a rewarding career in retail, management, or optics.
Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £7.50 per hour, paid monthly. Additionally, you will be entitled to comprehensive training, supported by a qualified assessor, and opportunities for further progression and development.
Job DescriptionYour primary responsibilities will include welcoming customers into store, booking in eye tests, pre-screening patients, providing style advice, measuring frames, and taking phone calls. You will also have the opportunity to work alongside a talented team, delivering high-quality products and services in an innovative retail environment.
Requirements- Able to travel to the store location on a daily basis
- No previous experience in the optical sector required
In this 15-18 month apprenticeship, you will earn a nationally recognised qualification, gain valuable work experience, and develop essential skills in customer service, communication, and teamwork.
