beBee Professionals is seeking a skilled Kitchen Assistant Professional to support our kitchen team in Chatham, United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve food to customers.
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Store food items correctly and meet health and safety regulations.
- Operate kitchen equipment, including dishwashers and ovens.
- Support stock control and restocking supplies as needed.
- Assist with food waste management and recycling.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a catering or kitchen environment is an advantage.
- Basic food hygiene knowledge (Food Hygiene Certificate preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
