Job Summary:
We are seeking an accomplished Stock System Administrator to join our team at CV-Library. This exciting opportunity involves overseeing stock management systems, leveraging SAP expertise, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain stock management systems, ensuring seamless integration with SAP and other enterprise systems.
  • Utilize expertise in SAP to manage stock movements, inventory tracking, and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Monitor stock levels, oversee replenishment processes, and ensure accurate recording of inventory across multiple warehouses.
  • Generate and analyze stock-related reports using SAP and other tools to support inventory management.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations to ensure physical stock aligns with system data.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Proven experience as a Stock System Administrator or in a similar inventory management role, preferably within the food manufacturing sector.
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP, particularly in relation to stock and inventory management.
  • Solid understanding of stock control processes and best practices.
