Job Summary

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Supportive Care Assistant to join our team at MHA. In this challenging and rewarding role, you will provide exceptional care and support to our residents, enabling them to live later life well.

About the Role

Your key responsibilities will include supporting residents with daily tasks, such as bathing and dressing, as well as helping them engage in activities that promote physical and mental wellbeing. You will also work closely with our healthcare professionals to develop personalised care plans that cater to each resident's unique needs.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a salary of around £24,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. MHA offers a comprehensive benefits package, including 20 days holiday (plus bank holidays) and access to nationally recognised training courses and qualifications.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a patient and empathetic nature. Previous care experience is desirable but not essential, as MHA provides thorough training and support to ensure your success.
