About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our District Nursing Service as a Health Care Support Worker. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of patients and their families in the Conwy Locality.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care. Your duties will include supporting patients with their daily needs, assisting with medical procedures, and contributing to the overall well-being of those in our care.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care, a willingness to learn and develop new skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a dynamic team. A basic understanding of Welsh language and culture is desirable but not essential.

We offer a competitive salary of £21,000-£24,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including opportunities for professional development and career progression.
