Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Ecologist to join our team at Access Talent Group in Swansea, South Wales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ecology and experience in delivering protected species surveys and mitigation projects.

About the Role:
  • Lead complex projects, develop reports, review technical work, and liaise with clients
  • Deliver protected species surveys and mitigation projects

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to take on a leadership role within our rapidly growing environmental consultancy.

Requirements:
  • A degree in a relevant subject
  • Strong report writing skills
  • Right to Live & Work in the UK
  • A minimum of 5 years experience
  • Two or more protected species licenses
  • A full UK drivers license
Benefits:

Competitive salary £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus continued development support and progression opportunities.
