We are recruiting for a highly experienced Ecologist to lead our team in Swansea, UK. As a Senior Ecology Specialist, you will play a key role in planning and executing ecological surveys, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and delivering high-quality consultancy services.

About the Opportunity:
  • Lead a team of ecologists and project managers to deliver high-quality consultancy services
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies
  • Mentor junior staff and support business development
  • Work closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and delivery

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in ecological consultancy, with a strong understanding of ecological principles and practices. You will also need to be a full member of the Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management (CIEEM) or equivalent.
