As an RAC Legal Expert, you'll be part of a team dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver accurate, initial legal advice and assistance to our customers by telephone on a range of private law matters.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering positive resolutions over the phone, including policy application and guidance on all products provided by and/or serviced by RAC Legal Services
  • Providing high-quality legal advice on a range of legal matters, predominantly through the telephone legal advice line
  • Working within agreed service levels and quality standards
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date with relevant legislation and case law

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • LLB (or equivalent) degree
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • A customer-centric approach
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively
