Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centered support to customers, empowering them to make informed decisions and take control of their lives.
  • Assess customer needs and develop tailored support plans to promote independence and well-being.
  • Act as a first point of contact for customer queries, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, respecting their autonomy and dignity.
  • Liaise with external agencies to enhance customer confidence, health, and wellbeing, and provide opportunities for education and employment.
  • Respond to emergency situations with professionalism and compassion.
  • Maintain accurate and high-quality records of customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Experience of working with adults who have experienced homelessness.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • NVQ3 in Health and Social Care, or willingness to work towards.
