Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of a comprehensive brand growth strategy, leveraging strong insight skills and in-depth consumer and market understanding.
  • Renovate and innovate the Tropicana brand across packaging and product, driving execution of innovation in chilled juice.
  • Partner with the UK&I Marketing Director to develop outstanding through-the-line communications plans, transforming brand salience and differentiation.
  • Own the performance of Tropicana in the UK, working closely with insights and category teams to stay ahead of performance drivers and recommend interventions.
  • Drive consumer obsession, working closely with the Marketing Director UK&I and Insights lead to develop successful brand growth strategies.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in developing successful brand growth strategies that have driven brand turnarounds and category out-performance.
  • Highly developed digital/social knowledge and experience in delivering memorable brand experiences.
  • Ability to work across teams, sometimes as lead, sometimes as input, with the outcome of winning and flying together.
  • Highly curious and consumer-centric, with a natural passion for brands and a proactive interest in consumer trends and behavior.
  • Wired for action, highly proactive, and willing to take calculated risks.

This role requires 3 days in the office (London - Farringdon).
