Merco Medical Staffing is seeking a dedicated and passionate Occupational Health Advisor to deliver exceptional services to clients. Key responsibilities include:

* Providing OH services and case management to clients
* Conducting health surveillance, including vaccinations and phlebotomy as required
* Offering expert advice on health and safety issues, rehabilitation, health promotion, and education
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with client contracts to ensure high standards of Occupational Health delivery
* Identifying and implementing improvements to the service from a clinical perspective

Requirements:

* Occupational Health degree and NMC registration
* Experience in Occupational Health departments, preferably in the private sector
* Contract details:

* Salary: £38,000-£42,000 (dependent on experience)
* Remote work arrangement
* Permanent position
* Full-time and part-time options (minimum 2 days per week)
