Job Summary:

Merc Medical Staffing is seeking a dedicated Occupational Health Specialist to deliver high-quality services to clients remotely. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational health and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational health services and case management to clients.
  • Conduct health surveillance, including vaccinations and phlebotomy as required.
  • Provide expert advice on health and safety issues, rehabilitation, health promotion, and education.
  • Develop and maintain close working relationships with client contracts to ensure exceptional occupational health delivery.
  • Take ownership of identifying, influencing, and implementing improvements to the service from a clinical perspective.
  • Ensure activities are conducted within agreed service level agreements.

Requirements:

  • Occupational health degree and NMC registration.
  • Experience in occupational health departments, preferably in the private sector.

Contract:

  • £38,000-£42,000 (dependent on experience).
  • Remote.
  • Permanent.
  • Full-time and part-time (minimum of 2 days per week).
