About the Role

The Data Centre Acquisition Lead will be responsible for leading the sourcing and acquisition of data centre real estate on behalf of global corporate, technology, and telecommunications clients across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and advise on data centre requirements and strategy for global occupier clients across EMEA
  • Sourcing, negotiation, and execution of data centre transactions across EMEA (acquisitions, expansions, and renewals)
  • Deliver presentations to existing and target clients on data centre market dynamics across EMEA
  • Develop a strong profile and network within the data centre market to assist with market knowledge and business development opportunities
  • Collaborate with the CBRE office network around the world and travel as required
