Lettings Negotiator Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estate Agent to join our team as a Lettings Negotiator in our Purley branch.

About the Role

  • Generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate agreements, and progress lets through to exchange and completion.
  • Work in a target-driven environment to generate new business and achieve sales targets.
  • Provide outstanding customer care and customer service experience to clients.
  • Be resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Have a Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
