We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Estate Agent to join our dynamic residential sales team in Purley, working in our well-established Bairstow Eves estate agency.

About the Role

The main purpose of this role is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, agree sales, and progress sales through to exchange and completion. You will also be responsible for optimising every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Proven sales experience in a target-driven environment
  • Ability to generate new business and build strong relationships with clients
  • Excellent customer care and communication skills
  • Resilient, positive, organised, and detail-oriented
  • IT literate with MS Office, internet, and email systems
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
