Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Physiotherapist to join our team on a temporary agency contract with Nottingham NHS. The role involves working in a community setting, providing rehabilitation and support to patients in their homes or other community settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care to patients, assessing their needs and creating tailored treatment plans to aid recovery.
  • Assess, plan, and deliver physiotherapy interventions for patients in the community.
  • Manage a caseload of community patients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Promote independence and improve mobility for service users in a community setting.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a community setting is essential.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a community-based caseload.

Contract Details:

Temporary contract via Service Care Solutions, with a pay rate of £27 per hour (Ltd), paid through an umbrella company. Full-time hours with flexibility.
