Job Title: Senior Assistant Manager

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of talented individuals to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets

  • Manage stock levels, cost controls, and labor costs effectively
  • Develop and implement effective operational procedures to drive efficiency and productivity
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year's experience working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Possess a strong understanding of business operations and customer service principles
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
