We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our finance transformation initiative at Camino Search. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Head of Finance Transformation to make a lasting impact on our organization's financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a Target Operating Model for establishing a Shared Services Center, including defining scope, objectives, and timelines.
  • Develop and execute standardized finance processes and procedures to drive efficiency and consistency across the organization.
  • Oversee the selection and implementation of finance systems and tools to support the operations of the Shared Services Center.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team to operate the Shared Services Center, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure smooth transition and adoption of the Shared Services model.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize finance operations and enhance service delivery.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs and metrics to measure the performance and effectiveness of the Shared Services Center.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the progress and impact of the finance transformation initiative.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in shared services, business process optimization, or management consulting.
  • Strong knowledge of shared services models and frameworks.
  • Proven experience in project management and change management methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies is a plus.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
