About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Planner to join our Project & Programme Services team at AtkinsRéalis. As a key member of our Planning Function, you will play a critical role in delivering projects across a diverse range of industries, including Rail, Highways, Utilities, Nuclear, Defence, and Aviation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion and effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Maintain and manage baselines to support contractual and performance metrics.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on project progress and performance.
  • Support Project / Project Controls Managers in maintaining schedules and interfaces.
  • Manage contract requirements for schedules and provide advanced reporting outputs.
  • Develop and implement integrated assessments correlating Schedule, Cost, and Risk.
  • Provide critical path evaluation and scenario planning options to mitigate issues and improve efficiencies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in multiple large projects, with a strong understanding of project controls.
  • Contract experience, including NEC, JCT, FIDIC, and Rail Frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
  • Advanced reporting techniques and integrated multi-discipline project controls skillset.
  • Professional memberships and accreditations, with a strong understanding of the consultancy role.
