Job Title: Facilities Management Professional

We are offering a salary of up to £45,000 + Company Car or Allowance in Yorkshire (North Area) for a skilled Facilities Management Professional

About the Opportunity

Mainstay IT seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage a diverse range of facilities management projects. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to support project delivery, ensure timely completion of reports, and maintain compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse range of facilities management projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Collaborate with the Projects Team and internal/external stakeholders to support project delivery.
  • Foster project relationships, integrate controls/milestones into plans, and provide cost advice and support to the Billable Works Team.
  • Liaise with Senior Leadership to report project progress, attend Risk Meetings, and maintain compliance with Health and Safety, Sustainability, Quality, and statutory requirements.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: HND/Foundation Degree level in Quantity Surveying or related field.
  • Experience: Background in Construction and/or Commercial Property Maintenance, including cost modeling, risk analysis, proposal preparation, and dispute resolution.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Security Clearance: Eligibility to obtain SC Clearance is required due to the nature of the contract.
