We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support professional to join our team in Luton, Bedfordshire. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to project managers and ensuring the smooth progress of projects.
About the Role:
- Provide administrative support to project managers, including data entry and document management.
- Communicate with the health and safety team to ensure up-to-date risk assessments and method statements.
- Collaborate with roofing operatives to support the delivery of high-quality projects.
Requirements:
- Strong administrative skills with experience in the construction or maintenance industry.
- Excellent communication skills with a good telephone manner.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Flexible and able to work independently or as part of a team.
