Job Description

There's a permanent full-time opportunity for a Contract Administrator at our site on the Culham Science Centre in Abingdon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requesting call-outs and arranging subcontractor attendance on project works.
  • Following up on outdated works and works not completed with subcontractors.
  • Operating the Dalkia "CPA" system to raise purchase orders, timesheet entries, and invoice queries in line with Dalkia policies.
  • Providing support on the helpdesk when required.
  • Interacting with engineers and subcontractors to help deliver works successfully.

Requirements:

  • An understanding of and experience with project works environments.
  • An understanding of key deliverables of a programme of works and experience in using applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • GCSE (or 'O' Level equivalent) passes in Maths and English or recognised equivalent.
