There's a permanent full-time opportunity for a Contract Administrator at our site on the Culham Science Centre in Abingdon.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requesting call-outs and arranging subcontractor attendance on project works.
- Following up on outdated works and works not completed with subcontractors.
- Operating the Dalkia "CPA" system to raise purchase orders, timesheet entries, and invoice queries in line with Dalkia policies.
- Providing support on the helpdesk when required.
- Interacting with engineers and subcontractors to help deliver works successfully.
Requirements:
- An understanding of and experience with project works environments.
- An understanding of key deliverables of a programme of works and experience in using applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- GCSE (or 'O' Level equivalent) passes in Maths and English or recognised equivalent.
