About the Role

This exciting role involves working as a Qualified Early Years Educator to create a safe and inspiring learning environment where every child can thrive. You'll collaborate with your team to plan and deliver engaging activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, ensuring every child's unique needs are met.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Creating a nurturing environment that fosters curiosity and exploration
  • Working closely with colleagues and parents to set individualised goals and track progress
  • Assessing and recording children's progress and achievements
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll hold a relevant childcare qualification, level 2 minimum, and have experience in a similar setting. You should be able to demonstrate flexibility, dedication, and a commitment to excellence in early years education.
