Job Description:
  1. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a group of key worker children, including observations, assessments, and relationships with parents
  2. Develop and implement strategies to promote high-quality interactions with all children in the nursery
  3. Maintain accurate records of child development and communicate effectively with parents and senior staff
Requirements:
  • Level 3 Diploma in Early Years Education and Care or equivalent experience
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Awareness of safeguarding policies and procedures
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
