Your Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities and promoting our In-Store Design Advisors and Interior Design Service
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to queries and concerns in person and via phone
  • Contribute to maintaining high standards of presentation, ensuring the store and back office areas are tidy and well-maintained
What We're Seeking
  • Previous experience in luxury retail, preferably within the furniture or homeware sectors
  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with customers
