Academic Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our team at Mare Nostrum Group Limited. As a Sales and Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in promoting and selling academic content to institutions across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with academics to promote and sell textbooks and digital content to academic institutions
- Formulating sales strategies to maximize revenue and win new business
- Collaborating with wider marketing teams to ensure sales efforts are coordinated
- Marketing and selling digital content to institutions directly and via third-party vendors
- Attending academic and trade conferences within the UK
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in Italian
- Customer service experience
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Team player
- Positive, proactive, and professional approach
