Job Description
Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Service Administrator to join their team in Warrenpoint. This exciting role offers an excellent opportunity to work with a market-leading organisation, contributing to their continued success and growth.

As a Service Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support, including answering phone calls, responding to customer queries, and updating records. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our business, working closely with the maintenance team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.

Main Duties
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Record electrical and mechanical faults from customers in detail and create work jobs on the system
- Update the database and provide accurate records of job details
- Arrange internal meetings and travel for colleagues when possible
- Maintain and update the customer database, handling office correspondence and recording work sheets on the system

Requirements
- Excellent administration and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and planning and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks efficiently
