Job DescriptionAs a Staff Nurse (RGN), you will lead a dedicated care team to provide high-quality care to residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Working full-time, 36-48 hours per week, on a rotating schedule of days and nights
- Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Providing excellent patient care and developing strong relationships with residents and families
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A valid NMC Pin
- The ability to lead and inspire a care team
- Flexibility to work a rotation of days and nights, including alternate weekends
