Estate Strategist

About the Role:

The Estate Strategist will support the Asset Strategy Lead in day-to-day property management and Estate master planning activities. This includes ensuring operational alignment of charity assets with the strategic direction, data collation and analysis of space across the Charity estate, and contributing to the development of systems and processes for better estate utilization.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Asset Strategy Lead, Director of Estates, and other leaders to plan and implement major changes in space allocation. They will be expected to work with minimal supervision and collaborate with colleagues from various functional areas.
