About the Role

The Workspace Change and Property Analyst will support the Asset Strategy Lead in day-to-day property management and estate master planning activity. This includes ensuring operational alignment of charity assets to the strategic direction, data collation and analysis, and contributing to system development and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data collation and analysis of space across the charity estate
  • Supporting the development and improvement of systems and processes
  • Assisting in the planning and implementation of major changes in space allocation
