Job PurposeAs part of our Business Support team, you will provide essential support to ensure our financial planning business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Main Responsibilities- Operational Support: Helping to streamline daily business operations, ensuring that all administrative tasks are executed efficiently and effectively.
- System Support: Providing daily support in data management within our database, including inputting missing data, rectifying discrepancies, and assisting with improving efficiencies. Assisting the wider team with the adoption of our new portal, including training and answering queries.
- Project Assistance: Providing support in project management, assisting in coordination and implementation of projects, and helping the wider team with training and support.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
Desirable:
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
