Job Summary:

As a key member of the operations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient handling of administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and databases.
  2. Provide administrative support to the construction management team, including coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and ordering supplies.
  3. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless administrative processes and efficient handling of tasks.
  4. Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  5. Ensure timely processing of documents through company systems and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:
