Company Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with prospective candidates and stakeholders, managing the entire hiring process from start to finish, and promoting direct talent acquisition methods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize multiple job boards and websites to source relevant candidates.
  • Candidate Management: Coordinate interviews between candidates and stakeholders, while also overseeing the preparation of job descriptions and advertisements.
  • Talent Pipelining: Increase referrals and internal mobility by promoting direct talent acquisition methods.
  • Hiring Data: Maintain comprehensive tracking of hiring data and provide weekly reports to stakeholders on open requisitions.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate agency rates and produce terms of business.
  • Legislative Compliance: Stay abreast of relevant legislation and recommend appropriate action to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
  • Prior Experience: Prior talent acquisition experience within financial services is essential.
  • Employment Law Knowledge: Knowledge and understanding of UK & EU employment law in relation to talent acquisition is required.
  • Recruiting Methods: Experience using various recruiting methods, such as social media websites and job boards.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills are essential for building relationships with candidates of all levels.
  • Technical Skills: Previous experience using Oracle is advantageous, along with strong Microsoft skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Education: A bachelor's degree or previous experience is required.
Salary Range:

The estimated salary range for this position is £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. This competitive compensation package includes a base salary plus benefits.
