Catering and Sales Supervisor

As a Catering and Sales Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing all catering and service operations for a major High Street brand. Your primary focus will be on ensuring our unit and service counters run smoothly, delivering exceptional food and customer service, and helping to drive sales through innovative service concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise teams to deliver high-quality food and customer service
• Oversee the efficiency of all in-unit operations, including managing inventories, monitoring budgets, and implementing action plans
• Communicate regularly with your line manager to track KPIs and targets
• Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image
• Liaise between customers and internal teams to exceed expectations
• Support and train teams, leading from the front to make everyone excel in their role
• Implement and review Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams
