Blood Collection Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Blood Collection Specialist to join our team at Heim. As a key member of our phlebotomy team, you will be responsible for carrying out blood tests requested and booked domiciliary visits, as a lone practitioner with telephone and mobile app support.
Your primary objective will be to ensure that all patients receive high-quality care and that their blood samples are collected efficiently and effectively. This includes communicating effectively with patients, documenting patient information accurately, and reporting any issues or concerns to the Clinical Operations Manager.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong track record in providing excellent phlebotomy services, including minimum 6 months full-time experience in phlebotomy. You must also have a driving license, access to your own vehicle, and personal professional indemnity insurance.
