Job Summary:

EASYWEBRECRUITMENT is seeking a highly skilled Grounds Person to join our team. As a Grounds Person, you will be responsible for maintaining the College grounds to the highest standard, ensuring that sports surfaces and general upkeep are completed to a high level of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of sports surfaces, including cricket, athletics, tennis, and rounders in the summer, and rugby, football, hockey, cross country, and netball in the winter.
  • Perform general upkeep of the school grounds, including horticultural tasks and equipment maintenance.
  • Support the wider Estates Department as required.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience of working in the field of maintaining grounds.
  • Sound knowledge and use of horticultural machinery.
  • The ability to work effectively both individually and as a team.
  • Full and valid UK Manual Driving Licence.
