Job Summary
The Executive Vice President of Business Development will lead ERT's pursuit of high-priority opportunities, driving the development of differentiated solutions and building winning teams. This role is critical to ERT's growth function and will enable the company to capitalize on its strong pipeline and growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute capture plans for $100M+ opportunities
- Lead teams in the implementation of these plans
- Serve as the primary interface with clients for target capture opportunities
- Plan, lead, and support client engagement activities
- Develop proposal win themes and differentiated technical solutions
- Mentor business development, program management, and technical staff
- Contribute to the refinement of ERT's capture playbook
Requirements
- 15 years of experience with demonstrated success in leading capture for $100M+ opportunities
- Proven ability to educate and influence Federal clients
- Demonstrated ability to work with senior leaders and provide leadership within the workplace
- Experience and successful record of developing capture plans and teams
- Ability to pass background checks necessary to obtain and maintain security clearance

Education
BS degree or equivalent in engineering, information technology, math, physics, physical science, or other technical discipline. MBA or MS in technical or management discipline preferred.
