Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

We are looking for individuals with kind hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients. As a Care Support Specialist, you will provide support to clients throughout the night to ensure their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Responsibilities may include assisting with mobility, providing companionship, supporting with personal care, and responding to any needs during the night. You do not need any prior experience or particular qualifications to become a Nighttime Companion Caregiver. However, experience in a care setting or interacting with older people can be beneficial.

We are looking for individuals who:

  • Are reliable, trustworthy, and respectful.
  • Enjoy building professional relationships and are comfortable spending time in the company of others.

Due to the rural nature of our client base, you would be required to hold a valid Full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
