About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Buyer to join our team at Next. As a key member of our Buying department, you will be responsible for developing commercially successful product ranges that closely align with our brand DNA.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
  • Analyse sales data and trends to identify new opportunities and inform product range decisions.
  • Collaborate with designers and merchandisers to create stylish and profitable product ranges.
  • Effectively manage your team by delegating resources and workload, ensuring team members stay motivated and focused.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a clear understanding of our brand DNA and be able to identify the latest trends in the market. You should also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
