About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Residential Education Leader at Benenden School. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and has experience in pastoral care.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading one of our five Middle School Houses, providing guidance and support to our pupils on a daily basis. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including accommodation within the boarding house and opportunities for professional development.

  • Strong leadership and management skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
