Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Accounting Manager to join our Global Accounting Operations Team at CSL Seqirus. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the Financial Accounting team to deliver accurate and timely execution of Financial Accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a Financial Accounting team to deliver accurate and timely execution of Financial Accounting activities
  • Oversee day-to-day work of Financial Accountants, including managing work assignments, reviewing quality, and addressing queries
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of actuals at a month-end close for entities under remit
  • Lead the process for timely and accurate local statutory reporting for entities and ensure a smooth and efficient audit process
  • Responsible for balance sheet and cash flow forecasting and budgeting, including support for transactions in the planning system
  • Manage team performance against KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and SLAs (Service Level Agreements) defined as part of the service management framework
  • Lead, motivate, and develop employees within the team, including long-term talent development and succession planning
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; MBA or other advanced degree in a related field is desirable
  • Professional certification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) is required
  • Proven relevant experience in a multi-national company
  • Proven supervisory or demonstrated leadership experience
  • Knowledge of GAAP and AIFRS
