About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Associate to join our team. As a key member of our residential support staff, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care to service users, their families, and our multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality person-centered care to service users
- Develop and implement personalized support plans
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
Requirements
- Previous care experience preferred
- Driving license required
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, nights, sleepovers, and weekends
