About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Associate to join our team. As a key member of our residential support staff, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care to service users, their families, and our multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality person-centered care to service users
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment

Requirements

  • Previous care experience preferred
  • Driving license required
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, nights, sleepovers, and weekends
