Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Quality Management System: Assist in maintaining the quality management system, ensuring it aligns with relevant industry standards.
  • Internal Audits and Quality Reviews: Help conduct internal audits and quality reviews to identify areas for improvement.
  • Industry Standards and Regulatory Requirements: Stay informed on industry standards and regulatory requirements to support ongoing compliance.
  • External Audits and Certification: Assist in coordinating with external auditors and certification bodies during audits and reviews.
  • Quality Management Practices: Work with different teams to integrate quality management practices into daily operations.
  • Documentation Management: Manage and organise documentation related to compliance activities, ensuring they are accurate and accessible.
  • Staff Training and Development: Support the training of staff on compliance-related matters and promote best practices.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Some experience in quality management systems or compliance roles is preferred.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • IT Skills: Proficient in IT, especially in Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
  • Awareness of Industry Standards: Awareness of ISO 9001 and other industry standards is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive and willing to learn, with a focus on problem-solving.
  • Essential Requirements: A driving licence and own vehicle are required due to the location.

Salary: £25k - £30k

Candidates: Candidates must be within a commutable distance to the office.
