Compliance Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance Administrator to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our Information Services & Client Compliance Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Risk Management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conflict Check Reports: Analyze and complete conflict check reports to ensure accurate and efficient client due diligence.
  • File Opening Requests: Utilize our file opening request system and processes to ensure full and accurate data is provided.
  • Client Documentation: Obtain, check, and verify client documentation, identifying issues and escalating where required.
  • Client and Matter Files: Open and amend client and matter files in our case management systems.
  • Special Projects: Participate in special ISCC projects as directed by the Information Services & Client Compliance Manager or Team Leader.
  • Meetings and Training: Attend meetings and training courses as agreed with the Information Services & Client Compliance Manager.
  • Travel: Travel to other offices as may be required to fulfill duties.
Requirements:
  • Administration Experience: One year's experience in an administration role, preferably in the legal/financial sectors, or a recent graduate with some work experience.
  • Administration Skills: Effective administration and organization skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Problem-Solving: An enquiring mind with problem-solving abilities and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Confidentiality: Confidentiality when dealing with sensitive data.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and learn new IT systems and workflow processes.
