We are looking for a highly skilled land surveyor to join our team working on a civil engineering project. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks, including establishing and maintaining survey controls, setting out grid lines, levelling, and conducting pre and post pour surveys.

This role requires a strong understanding of civil engineering principles and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The individual will report into the Survey Manager and work closely with the greater team.

Job Requirements:
  1. Establishing and maintaining survey controls.
  2. Setting out grid lines and levelling.
  3. Undertaking pre and post pour surveys.
  4. Accurately recording underground assets.
  5. Processing survey data using AutoCAD software.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Land surveying, civil engineering, or a related field, as well as proficiency in utilising various types of surveying equipment and confident use of CAD, LEICA, GPS, and other surveying software.

The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
