Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Bubble Design. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to our office, including data entry, correspondence, and general administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a welcoming, efficient reception service to visitors when onsite.
  • Handle data entry tasks into Xero Accounting Software with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations within the organisation.
  • Prepare quotations for clients and manage office supplies.

Requirements:

  • High levels of attention to detail with a focus on data entry and accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with general office procedures and administrative practices.
  • Experience of or willingness to learn administrative skills in a professional office.
  • Core GCSE's in Maths and English.
