About the Role

ANGELS CARE HEALTH HUDSON MANOR is currently seeking a dedicated Sustainability and Compliance Officer to join our HSSQ team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our business operations are conducted in a sustainable and environmentally responsible manner while maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

As a Sustainability and Compliance Officer, you will work closely with our HSSQ team to develop and implement strategies for reducing our environmental footprint, promoting sustainability, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical writing skills, a strong understanding of HSSQ principles, and the ability to communicate complex information effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing sustainable practices across the organization;
  • Maintaining knowledge of legislative changes that impact operational delivery;
  • Creating awareness and training programs for employees on HSSQ matters;
  • Conducting regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with HSSQ standards;
  • Providing support and guidance to employees on HSSQ-related queries.

What You'll Need

We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional who can demonstrate:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills;
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or healthcare industry.

Salary Range: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
