About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bid Manager to join our team at Nybor Ltd. As a Bid Manager, you will be responsible for leading the bid management process from start to finish, ensuring that our proposals are of the highest quality and meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement bid strategies and plans to meet business objectives
  • Manage and coordinate the bid team to ensure timely and effective delivery of proposals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our clients' needs and requirements
  • Ensure that all proposals are compliant with client requirements and meet our business objectives
  • Manage and maintain a database of client information and proposal history
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the bid management process
Requirements
  • Proven experience in bid management, preferably in the Security Systems industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint
