Job Title: Class Teacher

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Class Teacher to join our team of education professionals in the Truro area.

About the Role

This is a temporary position, with the option to become permanent in the future. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching across the curriculum, with a focus on core subjects, as well as participating in pastoral and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to primary pupils
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with parents and guardians
  • Plan and deliver the teaching program, ensuring it is adaptive to each class and student
  • Set ambitious targets for pupils and monitor progress and attainment closely
Requirements

The successful candidate will hold UK QTS certification and be willing to undergo a 'Child Only' DBS check. Experience working with primary pupils and excellent class management skills are essential.
